IMPORTANTE AP RESET SCROLL

"Nexon have asked us to pass on the following to Maple players:

We will conduct an investigation concerning the hot time event bug which has been conducted on August 27, 2011.
Therefore it would be nice if you could advise the users who had the following problems to send an EOI to the customer support:

1. When they opened the box, the message said you will get an SP and AP reset scroll. But at the end AP reset scroll was not received.
2. When they opened the box, they get nothing ( no SP reset, no random item). Box just disappeared.
3. During the event the inventory was full therefore after they have emptied it and went to Cassandra, they did not receive anything.

Advise the users to mention in their tickets their IGN, the world they were on, a detailed description of the situation and in which of the three categories they fall.

So please, send an EOI to Nexon. The link to the EOI is in my sig. The category to use is use MapleStory -> Technical Support -> Bug"

Acabo de leer esto del foro de nexon, basicamente debemos mandar una peticion por soporte tecnico a nexon si durante el evento "hot time" del sabado pasado les salio el cartel de "recibiste un scroll de reset ap y reset sp, pero solo se recibio el de sp reset

(para los q se lien:

sp: skill points
ap: Ability points --- los q se meten a str, dex, luk, int...)

enviar su peticion a traves de: maplestory > soporte tecnico > Bug

ale, espero q mas de uno obtenga su pergamino de reseteo de puntos de habilidad

Lo he entendido pero alguien me puede hechar un cable para pedirlo? esque no acabo de entender el proceso

tienes que entrar en la pagina de maple, en mi cuenta maple y dirigirte a lo de soporte tecnico, alli pones maple, technical suport y bug, explicas lo que te paso y arreglado
